Arthur and his team did a fantastic job caulking my son's bathtub....when 6 mos later it needed to be re-caulked (due to a design flaw in the tub), they came out a 2nd time, at no cost, to re do it. Ultimately my son will need to re-tile the wall to get a good seal, but Arthur and his team did a stellar job! Thanks so very much! I'm leaving the review, since I gifted this service to him, LOL!

I recently hired VICOR Floorcare to clean my entire house full of carpet along with two 8x10 rugs. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Arthur gave a ballpark quote over the phone and then confirmed the pricing before he started. He arrived when he said he was extremely courteous answering all of my questions. He was able to get all stains out of my light carpet which was a feat in itself. I will use VICOR again and would recommend to any who need carpet cleaning services.

We had Vicor cleaning our carpet (4 bedrooms) and we are extremely satisfied with the result achieved.
Arthur came with impressive equipment. It's not just a big vacuum machine. It has a truck full of the latest up-to-date machines. He was fast in setting everything up. It's evident he knows how to do such a job.
We will definitely call him again and will not hesitate to recommend him.
Also, I had a question post-cleaning. He responded in the following few minutes. Always appreciate such service.

Arthur did such a wonderful job! We moved into a 100 year old home that has 40 year old carpet leading to the basement. (we are keeping the old carpet because we have an elderly dog) Arthur did a wonderful job and made the carpet way better than I thought it could be!
