Arthur and his team did a fantastic job caulking my son's bathtub....when 6 mos later it needed to be re-caulked (due to a design flaw in the tub), they came out a 2nd time, at no cost, to re do it. Ultimately my son will need to re-tile the wall to get a good seal, but Arthur and his team did a stellar job! Thanks so very much! I'm leaving the review, since I gifted this service to him, LOL!
They were professional, polite and thorough. They showed up on time, explained everything, were respectful of the house, completed the job in the time they estimated and left everything clean. I would definitely use them again.
Arthur and his team did a phenomenal job rebuffing the marble tiles and restoring the black grout on my new house master shower flooring. Arthur is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough with his work. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!
I recently hired VICOR Floorcare to clean my entire house full of carpet along with two 8x10 rugs. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Arthur gave a ballpark quote over the phone and then confirmed the pricing before he started. He arrived when he said he was extremely courteous answering all of my questions. He was able to get all stains out of my light carpet which was a feat in itself. I will use VICOR again and would recommend to any who need carpet cleaning services.
We had Vicor cleaning our carpet (4 bedrooms) and we are extremely satisfied with the result achieved.
Arthur came with impressive equipment. It's not just a big vacuum machine. It has a truck full of the latest up-to-date machines. He was fast in setting everything up. It's evident he knows how to do such a job.
We will definitely call him again and will not hesitate to recommend him.
Also, I had a question post-cleaning. He responded in the following few minutes. Always appreciate such service.
We were very pleased with the cleaning of our white couch and two wingback chairs! There was a clear difference in the before and after cleaning!
Arthur is eager to please and does a beautiful job! I was a little hesitant on the couch but am so glad it is fresh and clean!!!
Arthur came by and cleaned all the carpet in the house. Looked great afterward. He was on time and contacted me right away after I called. Price was fair and work was done right. He was right on time also.
Arthur was kind, friendly, informative, responsible, detail oriented. Really paid attention to the trouble areas..he got rid of all the construction dust n overspray done by the drywall n paint contractors..extremely happy with the end result. Thanx Arthur for taking this stress off my hands!🙏🪷🙌
Before n after pics!
We hired VICOR to clean our couch from restauration hardware as our dogs stained it. They did such an incredible job, our couch is actually white again. We hired VICOR a second time to clean our patio furniture and are so happy with their service. We recommended them to all our friends and neighbors
Arthur did such a wonderful job! We moved into a 100 year old home that has 40 year old carpet leading to the basement. (we are keeping the old carpet because we have an elderly dog) Arthur did a wonderful job and made the carpet way better than I thought it could be!
