Very informative , gracious and HONEST is the best way to describe Arthur and his team! They showed up on time ,Stayed on budget and although I wanted an additional service he did not recomnend due to the condition of my floors! Very impressive attitude. This is the second time we've used them n certainly nor the last! Update This is now 3rd year in a row we are uuusing their services, still the same high quality service 👌 Wish there were more service related companies that take such pride in their work! Thank you Arthur, Brad!

Arthur with Vicor Floor Care was so great to work with. Quick to come out and estimate the job, had availability to fit our needs, and did a great job! He cleaned all of our hardwood floors on our main level (we have a dog and an 11 month old) and the floors look great! The whole job was about 2 hours and they were fast, efficient, and kind! Have already recommended Vicor Floor Care to all my friends in the area.

VICOR did an amazing job on my tile. I have been cleaning and sealing my own tile and grout in my kitchen/foyer/laundry for years and it always takes me days to complete. This year I decided to have it done professionally. After receiving several quotes, I chose VICOR. Arthur is great with his communication, and extremely professional. Arthur and his team showed up on time, were very courteous, and my tile and grout looks like it did on the day it was installed! Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Arthur was very proffessional, and excellent at communicating. They left everything spotless. Unfortunately the mold had penetrated/stained the plastic so the dinal result was not what I had hoped for, but they did a great job.

Arthur and his associates all do the most amazing work! I used to call Chet’s Cleaning. And they are great, but Arthur is greater! The quality of work is top-notch and the price is excellent! Try him and you’ll be on his list for specials at different times of the year. Thank you, Arthur! I’ll be contacting you around the holidays. :)

Arthur and his team did a fantastic job caulking my son's bathtub....when 6 mos later it needed to be re-caulked (due to a design flaw in the tub), they came out a 2nd time, at no cost, to re do it. Ultimately my son will need to re-tile the wall to get a good seal, but Arthur and his team did a stellar job! Thanks so very much! I'm leaving the review, since I gifted this service to him, LOL!

I recently hired VICOR Floorcare to clean my entire house full of carpet along with two 8x10 rugs. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Arthur gave a ballpark quote over the phone and then confirmed the pricing before he started. He arrived when he said he was extremely courteous answering all of my questions. He was able to get all stains out of my light carpet which was a feat in itself. I will use VICOR again and would recommend to any who need carpet cleaning services.

We had Vicor cleaning our carpet (4 bedrooms) and we are extremely satisfied with the result achieved. Arthur came with impressive equipment. It's not just a big vacuum machine. It has a truck full of the latest up-to-date machines. He was fast in setting everything up. It's evident he knows how to do such a job. We will definitely call him again and will not hesitate to recommend him. Also, I had a question post-cleaning. He responded in the following few minutes. Always appreciate such service.

Arthur did such a wonderful job! We moved into a 100 year old home that has 40 year old carpet leading to the basement. (we are keeping the old carpet because we have an elderly dog) Arthur did a wonderful job and made the carpet way better than I thought it could be!
